This might matter to you if you're going to set up buckets underneath your slots for overflow. This leaves approximately 16½' as the inside height from floor to ceiling.

There's no harm increasing it but it will just be wasteful.Ĭommercial slot stands place the inside bottom shelf 4½' off the ground. This again allows them to put the machines back to back in casinos and to minimize the space taken up. The standard depth is set so that the back of the machines line up with the back of the stands and leave just the right amount of lip in the front. 30'-31' would be more than enough extra room. Remember that the casinos want to pack the machines as tightly as possible while still leaving room for the handle and for opening the doors for service. The width can be greater if you want more room between your home slots. Modern slot stands are 22'h X 27'-28'w X 18'-19'd (The slight differences are from different stand manufacturers.)ĮM slot stands are 26'h X 24'-27'w X 16'd (The widths are different for the smaller EMs vs the larger ones and can probably get a bit wider.)Īs has already been said, the height is the most crucial measurement.
